Position Overview:

Responsibilities
: T! N# D# t7 M2 n" c! P8 J•Develope scopes of work for subcontrators and RFP packages; _! M/ t( D& M. k# G+ h0 a
•Review all aspects of the RFP documents
4 t1 y8 m/ A7 t0 s4 M! v•Participate in the kickoff meetings with the project team and progress meeting throughout the bid stages% M8 ?+ [0 M7 u: l7 W
•Coordinate with subcontractors to understand the scope of work
! M, C. d, o* `; Y•Develope a basis of estimate - Lump Sum, Target Price, Unit Rates, Create or modifty templates used in Excel to build pricing
1 c% d/ R1 J% U3 R•Research work locations for local subcontractors within the area and build relationships9 \8 ~& ?. i- b* _
•Support subcontractor technical clarifications during the bid cycle
" ^2 w; Y+ u5 _5 s•Support subcontractor bid evaluations and make recommendations to the Lead Estimator
