To provide an accurate estimate of the full construction cost to perform the field or modular work as required with consideration of all risks and commercial obligations.# z1 {& p' h& N

Responsibilities1 B, L. t2 a: L
•Develope scopes of work for subcontrators and RFP packages3 T) Y) t9 d B% a Q$ R
•Review all aspects of the RFP documents
; J. u9 u5 N' S6 A5 L•Participate in the kickoff meetings with the project team and progress meeting throughout the bid stages5 O- a @' p+ \
•Coordinate with subcontractors to understand the scope of work 7 k& Q" w9 A, E2 y, \7 `
•Develope a basis of estimate - Lump Sum, Target Price, Unit Rates, Create or modifty templates used in Excel to build pricing& x# U4 S5 |" p- _
•Research work locations for local subcontractors within the area and build relationships
" U( K& L! [3 q; j: F•Support subcontractor technical clarifications during the bid cycle
! O5 I8 w3 p+ I# D# r1 V•Support subcontractor bid evaluations and make recommendations to the Lead Estimator
3 H& I c% C/ M5 `& D•Liaise with Lead Estimator, Project Manager, and Project Controls to present key elements of the estimate which will influence the development of a bid schedule and project execution plan |
