8 A7 T$ I' o A9 l. c4. To develop, establish and maintain qualifications for membership in the College.

6. To promote the practice of trades.

11. To receive and investigate complaints against members of the College and to deal with issues of discipline, misconduct, incompetency and incapacity.

* n5 M& e7 L" B: i. B16. To perform such additional functions as may be prescribed by a Lieutenant Governor’s regulation. 2009, c. 22, s. 11 (1).
