1. To establish the scope of practice for trades.

2. To regulate the practice of trades.

3. To govern the members of the College.

4. To develop, establish and maintain qualifications for membership in the College.

( a) U; f+ ?. R12. To address compliance issues in respect of matters within the jurisdiction of the College.
