② 0.5% gentamicin eye drops: drops, 1 hour, plus 0.1% dexamethasone eye drops, eye drops 1 hour time.& m$ N! d& c) D/ ]
③ systemic administration: early use of gentamicin 0.12g and dexamethasone 10mg 500ml 5% glucose injection, intravenous infusion, day 1 - 2 times .: O/ @/ p# \1 K4 i; S( C8 P

① amphotericin Bz first medication per body weight 0.05-k8 0.1mg, dissolved in 500ml 5% glucose injection, the intravenous infusion of 3-6 hours, day 1. Increasing body weight per k8 each medication 0.1mg, 1mg drug per kg body weight up to date, the total does not exceed 2g.
