Responsibilities:

Work under the direction of the Geomechanics and Gridding Team Lead to implement new and maintain existing geomechanics functionality.
& p. x9 v# E/ ]& b! t+ s# rWork with User Experience, Quality Assurance, and other resources in integrated development teams to ensure new geomechanics functionality is available to users appropriately.
4 r" \) H. L  |; Q& ^  d Follow established team software development procedures for design, coding, testing and other activities.
Stay current on new technologies as they relate to Geomechanics development.

Qualifications:

, k- ?& y; a2 Q7 C1 l Familiarity with deformation and failure of porous media.
6 {% R& d2 a- QExperience in the petroleum industry
/ ?( V* K# a  \9 Y. A" O+ c# b# XExperience programming in C# or C++.
) D% l  y, f- |Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Good organizational skills
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision

Education:

# k& i: x( \5 L3 X A doctorate degree in Petroleum Engineering, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Biophysics, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or other applicable degree

At least 3 year of related experience (salary commensurate with experience)
8 G2 ~. B6 T7 Y All levels of experience will be considered
