A Fort McMurray man was announced Thursday as the winner of $21.8 million in last week's Lotto Max draw.

5 ]* }% S" Q! B' ^# WFowler had been carrying around his ticket for days before checking the numbers at a local gas station. Now he's making plans for his winnings.
