我朋友几年前办他侄子省提名的亲属关系移民，一直拖到至今。现在他有一问题不明白：

你朋友需要提供1万加币的存款证明，而且这笔钱要一直存在银行里，直到取得提名移民资格。我打电话问过的。我们09年初办的，现已体检完，只等签证了。
