请问大家：探亲签证的人申请work permit，没有offer能申请吗？谢谢！

You must also have the following documents:

2 h% {6 \1 m2 j& m- X$ i* ]- w•written confirmation from HRSDC that the employer can hire a foreign worker to fill the job. This confirmation is called a positive labour market opinion.

我就是探亲签证（半年），老婆在这读书，没有工作的时候就去办了WORK PERMIT 啊，之后的时间跟老婆的学习时间是一样的了（14年11月）

找个中介吧，2个月内就搞定了，我老婆刚拿到工作签证，她也是旅游签证来的

这点小事还用中介？工作和学习的配偶理所应当拿open work permit，不用job offer.

谢谢大家，因为在网上申请了快一个月了，没有消息很担心。d还好，现在收到了工作许可了，也就是说没有offer也是可以申请的。

太好了，我能回来回帖啦，感谢singsong的回复。

配偶需要在加拿大持有效学生或者工作permit，另外一方可以申请opern work permit.
有效期会和另外一方的permit一样。
不是所有访问签证都可以的。
