9 @+ Z9 D# f; kSHANGHAI/NEW YORK (Reuters) - Chinese Internet entrepreneur Jack Ma is buying back up to half of a 40 percent stake in his Alibaba Group from Yahoo Inc for $7.1 billion, in a deal that moves the Chinese e-commerce leader closer to a public listing.

0 q4 J' A+ D* ]8 g/ E% MUnder the agreement, Yahoo will sell half its stake in Alibaba for at least $6.3 billion in cash and up to $800 million in new Alibaba preferred stock. The deal, announced in a joint statement on Monday, caps years of often acrimonious talks over how Alibaba could reclaim some or all of the 40 percent stake that Yahoo bought for about $1 billion in 2005.

在这件事情上，yahoo 还是很有眼光的。
+ r( A' V. n# y- m0 ~: F阿里巴巴不是国企，所以当时虽然已经很有希望，但搞 1b 还是难。
国人那时还是热衷炒房地产。现在看到 yahoo 赚大发了，就又眼红了。
到现在还抱怨楼市降温没处投资，可就是不愿投入这高新产业，因为很多高新产业也是赔钱大户，比如太阳能。
1 k5 F/ g' b" r& U' `  I; l9 M炒楼倒是稳赚不赔。
/ m5 V7 ]% l' r% w' [其实天朝政府是不会让重要产业完全民营的，比如搜索引擎、电子商务与支付、因特网与无线运营商，其实都是政府的代理。
不过这 7.1 billion 里有多少进 yahoo，又有多少落入各路神仙的腰包呢？
