: h! L4 C. @; Q  O•        Correct code defects and write code enhancements based on design specifications provided
•        Perform development and defect correction on medium to very complex tasks
3 B) i9 P$ O7 C+ e•        Perform analysis and design for small system enhancements
! f; _& D2 J  g" l* D) E6 v4 X•        Perform and document unit testing including automated unit testing
•        The ability to step in an quickly pick up in the architecture and become productive very quickly

•        Identify project issues and risks, as well as quality and scope deviation
•        Must have excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills

•        Candidate must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
•        Candidate must have a quality oriented mindset and approach
•        Minimum 2 years project experience in design including gathering and documenting user requirements
0 [0 ?! F1 v1 U8 x# Q, M•        Must be able to read and understand existing VB.NET code
% W+ r, p0 q/ @: z( g$ L' g•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on VB.NET development experience
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on ASP.NET development experience
•        Must have .NET 3.5 and preferably .NET 4.0 experience including WCF development Experience
* E5 I# t9 R, L' e! {7 S•        Minimum 5 years development experience with SQL Server
. |- {$ W7 O6 b•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on HTML, JavaScript and Style Sheet coding experience
* e& y9 c# n, P3 [* S1 Y2 f# Q1 b•        Minimum 4 years COM/DNA distributed application development experience

•        Experience with Agile Development Methodology
