This resource will be responsible for the following:
Programmer Analyst

# h- g5 {# l) Q. d$ I9 H: W•        Correct code defects and write code enhancements based on design specifications provided
•        Perform development and defect correction on medium to very complex tasks
•        Perform analysis and design for small system enhancements
; h0 d/ v- ?, F# {•        Perform and document unit testing including automated unit testing
: R1 b3 h( w% G. s•        The ability to step in an quickly pick up in the architecture and become productive very quickly

•        Must have excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills

( Q. ]4 I0 z! o+ yAll of the following skills must be actual project experience not educational experience and the actual time spent developing must match the years of experience required.

•        Candidate must possess excellent written and oral communication skills

& T8 d# U; B6 T: X# W$ F•        Minimum 2 years project experience in design including gathering and documenting user requirements
2 Z4 f+ w. m( x. t1 p/ @•        Must be able to read and understand existing VB.NET code
1 p- O" f$ }3 K; w5 @; R7 Y•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on VB.NET development experience
- q" R8 `, ^2 e5 i2 Q7 l$ p•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on ASP.NET development experience
$ j0 Z& k8 K& ~5 Z* f•        Must have .NET 3.5 and preferably .NET 4.0 experience including WCF development Experience
( ^7 ~% [' }' i•        Minimum 5 years development experience with SQL Server
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on HTML, JavaScript and Style Sheet coding experience
% V2 i9 k' d5 `  B( c, e2 E! Q•        Minimum 4 years COM/DNA distributed application development experience
•        Must have worked in a team environment and must work well in a team environment (excellent interpersonal skills)
