This resource will be responsible for the following:
Programmer Analyst
•        Perform development in a .NET 4.0 environment based on design specifications provided
9 s  [# I$ l6 {, K•        Correct code defects and write code enhancements based on design specifications provided
•        Perform development and defect correction on medium to very complex tasks
8 Y9 F& O5 j  \* q% U' {•        Perform analysis and design for small system enhancements
: X0 i9 S" G9 N& m/ A' {•        Perform and document unit testing including automated unit testing
•        The ability to step in an quickly pick up in the architecture and become productive very quickly
Other
% o8 c" g# i2 R•        Identify project issues and risks, as well as quality and scope deviation
9 o: ~' t5 e: r: \0 a! F•        Must have excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills

•        Candidate must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
( D% |6 V3 ^( Y3 F/ _•        Candidate must have a quality oriented mindset and approach
+ Y  u9 V# r; X4 W•        Minimum 2 years project experience in design including gathering and documenting user requirements
•        Must be able to read and understand existing VB.NET code
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on VB.NET development experience
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on ASP.NET development experience
•        Must have .NET 3.5 and preferably .NET 4.0 experience including WCF development Experience
•        Minimum 5 years development experience with SQL Server
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on HTML, JavaScript and Style Sheet coding experience

•        Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) for source code control and TFS Work Items for defect tracking
•        Experience with Agile Development Methodology
