Mandatory Qualifications:
# {, _' B* G. Z5 r' N4 _/ @+ h# z
•        Several years of practical experience in Trade Finance activities
1 A/ d3 `% Y1 _: E/ l
# ?+ p4 ?/ o& s* [- c; r9 r•        Thorough and complete knowledge of the Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits, the Bills of Exchange Act, INCOTERMS, world shipping practices, and Canadian / Foreign customs
7 _6 L" B& Y7 ]: Q% ?+ J
•        Strong knowledge of statutory requirements, International Law and Customs relating to Letters of Credit and Bank policy as high level transactional support to customers is required

•        Capable of applying knowledge in accurately assessing / mitigating transaction and compliance risks and making judgemental decisions on problem transactions

•        Comfortable working in an environment involving significant risk exposure to the Bank.

/ c4 V& l' A( o* c( H•        Possess an ability to evaluate high risk, complex transactions and make recommendations to the Senior Assistant Manager to minimize and or mitigate potential losses to the Bank and its customers.
