•        Complete and post staff schedules
& q5 F6 G) {: H  V•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
! y3 y- ~* X, |! a- ^3 M1 I) Q•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management* v0 {+ ?8 N2 x1 {, \
•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
7 a0 _, ?0 m& e+ m•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date9 H$ T4 d, H- H5 k
•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
7 V4 |( T$ K' F3 V3 k) U•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
& R! C1 P6 c9 B4 e% @•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales% {6 }( s6 ^8 y4 k. F* A
•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management 9 F6 K: h$ |6 r# j' _
•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway
& F; ^9 {; F  k' x•        Ensure bank deposits are done daily

1 z9 F6 t' ~: u- xEducation: Completion of secondary school is required
3 v2 Z* L) V  _$ @  iExperience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset/ s. t5 {6 s  ~/ H$ M
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)8 x& Q2 G8 L7 Z% v& `
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion! b1 E2 h9 R0 ^) C5 F3 s" Z" m- ^
