: g& s. U) z* p•        Complete and post staff schedules
- y  c8 W4 c3 e  T/ O# `•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
  G% J4 E0 x, [) }9 }% U•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
, d% u& k' j" n  h7 I% I•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
: n! H' ^5 U; T% Z4 j1 U( {7 o•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway
* P3 C9 U2 f$ E# T•        Ensure bank deposits are done daily
•        Complete other duties as may be assigned by management.

Skills/Requirements:

6 ^; h' u1 b% S- z' u: C) B% pEducation: Completion of secondary school is required
Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
