Job Description:
' d% Q) q7 e& L+ @6 H• Complete and post staff schedules
+ Y3 F/ T F% n* O* A9 q" ^• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines

• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff5 F4 x% x5 y& R3 D L2 ?
• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
2 h* L8 s H/ G9 O) g• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed) s: k& N+ {" [: e# v0 M% f1 N% h) t0 y6 F
• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees

• Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management ( A) `8 V" y! D& }9 X! U
• Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway( d4 [3 O* u: \& d4 c. ~
• Ensure bank deposits are done daily

Skills/Requirements:

Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset. K! _9 _8 H, S2 |; ~2 Z# g
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
