- y c8 W4 c3 e T/ O# `• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines" R, b* ~0 T4 I
• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
G% J4 E0 x, [) }9 }% U• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff! P; v% [5 R" A* s* p
• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date

• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees* |# n& M8 X5 h j* G
• Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales6 K1 U# E4 g5 }% W4 L" H8 ^6 h: ^
• Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management

Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset2 |4 {3 m! a# H' p9 H' \' b- j
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)8 {* R7 M; g$ a2 e( F
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
