Key Responsibilities
2 m  d4 B/ G) d  R-        submit information for community news
-        provide volunteers to update membership database
" _$ N/ d! K. I7 Z) F6 u-        recruiting, performing security and reference checks, providing orientation, supervising, referring and placing volunteers
0 t# N) ?  u9 z" r-        train volunteers for ISP and provide duties
' r3 d" H; F9 g  w+ b# B4 }( }-        train volunteers for Centre and provide duties
' B3 q2 W  [$ K) ~7 I-        provide volunteers for various programs
  i+ e% i6 I6 w* X6 y7 `-        coordinate, update Volunteer Manual
-        planning and coordinating Volunteer Appreciation
-        participate in ISP department and agency meetings/activities
-        participate in external committees/conferences/workshops related to volunteer services
-        assist in writing ISP proposals and reports
' h( y# r8 Z! e1 a# i: @; o-        provide volunteers for Centre activities as needed
0 w* N& e" u$ X3 G2 z/ R-        assist with Centre’s other activities or programs as needed
* H9 p, v7 Y4 s+ v-        work flexible hours (including evenings, weekends as required)
6 V5 @. X$ w, M- C4 o9 Z% ?) n-        promoting volunteerism through various media including the 3 main Chinese newspapers, Chinese radio station and the Chinese television, Fairchild TV, brochures, pamphlets, booth displays, special events  
-        development and distribution of a volunteer manual  
  a* B5 S/ i8 Y% Y$ L4 G- y# l-        planning and implementing training sessions for volunteers
9 G" }. A( [% l8 O5 m! a-        planning and implementing training sessions for staff that work with volunteers
/ C( u! n: p* b-        consulting and reporting to the Advisory Committee on a regular basis
-        evaluations
-        demonstrate team spirit in achieving vision and objectives of Centre

Qualifications
- J& G8 S6 ?2 P2 }2 r% V* t-        degree or diploma in Social Work, Sociology, Community Services, Human Services or related experience and education
4 \" G/ B: O# j) U4 v" w-        good oral and written Chinese and English skills
4 y! t# U0 [; }5 @( }9 D-        experience in volunteer coordinating and immigrant services
1 N. F" K, q  c; ]) E: h$ x-        leadership skills
4 p1 [. }. N" Q9 B-        management and supervision skills
8 u4 }% w  k7 Q& L1 m4 H, ^-        exceptional communication, interpersonal skills

Standard Requirements
5 G% E- c& p1 {6 }/ m& N5 `Security check (at the expense of employee) and child welfare check

这个职位不是义工，而是义工统筹员，是有报酬的一个part time工作，而报酬的金额根据教育和经验程度而定。
