-        community development, liaison with mainstream agencies to provide services for Chinese community

-        fulfill needs that are not met in Chinese community in terms of social services& n' K/ ~+ \' V, m$ p 
-        develop good working relationships with mainstream and ethnic agencies! p% k# `$ q2 H: Q2 W& J  T 
-        coordinate good will activities: R! R' ^* `) A) B 
-        coordinate and send out quarterly newsletter to members 
& q& L4 {% a. S, e+ W) B-        submit information for community news  
) I% d0 E/ H. v% e8 v: J-        prepare and send AGM information to members& k: L3 y- t6 x' C% ?) U 
-        assist in special events coordinating: Open House, AGM, Volunteer Appreciation, etc.

-        demonstrate team spirit in achieving vision and objectives of Centre( l7 `% C8 F6 E0 ]* ?% h8 }+ t 
-        participate in external committees/conferences/workshops related to immigrant services

-        explore new ideas for ISP

-        assist with Centre’s other activities or programs as prescribed from time to time

Qualifications 
- X+ k$ K0 I& H% m. j* ?-        degree in social/human sciences with 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent of experience and education 9 X8 o3 e  f6 X- P+ \" T$ C 
-        good oral and written Chinese and English skills 
9 l: D' M) z" i-        experience in community work and immigrant services: i3 n0 C/ F0 @( D/ `9 T# B! O 
-        ability to coordinate workshops and seminars5 n2 `% _5 g! h  m+ P 
-        leadership skills 
% ^2 A8 p1 O/ f# B-        exceptional communication, interpersonal skills4 T! g0 o1 y2 k8 {+ X7 }  f 
-        sense of humor
