EARLY LEARNING FAMILY PROGRAM

The program will be offered at St. Teresa Catholic School every Tuesday for seven2 ^1 e; H! w5 C% H; v
weeks beginning March 6th and ending April 24th, 2012.9 \: ?8 f u; j2 k1 A
(No session March 27th, 2012)

4 M9 m6 Q) |: V5 XRhymes that Bind: 3:45pm to 4:45pm
. L! [) K8 m4 k/ QThis “drop-in” program introduces parents to various strategies that can support
0 K7 T3 K5 X( Ntheir child’s early literacy and language experiences. It is recommended for) O& S- }' |& M8 m, R* H
children that have been identified with language needs. RHYMES THAT BIND is an
1 _* s- w- d& l' z# N; `! M( horal family literacy program for parents and their children ages 0 – 6. It) {& i& ~2 j1 Z8 N
encourages parents to sing, rhyme, talk and play with their children in a relaxed,
- d6 Y. X" D) D+ t* E+ W3 s- yfun, and supportive environment.5 o4 \, E( G: |, |" k r3 X
Each family will receive a booklet of songs and rhymes at the last session. No
0 X v; p7 f9 I2 j3 D8 q- Bregistration is required; a snack will be provided.
