( w) H4 \1 A. MWages:         $13.30/ hour, 40 hours per week
% x/ D0 Q; M0 {4 dShifts:                 Rotational / day / night / weekends

Main duties:
: f: J. e% N4 w•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
& t# {; K# y6 B3 e1 g6 w•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
) R" Q: _  U- H$ x2 ~•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

Job Requirements:
5 W$ Y9 S" ?+ R•        Completion of secondary education is required
" L: }2 a0 `- G! v4 e2 R•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
0 ]' e/ [" V' Z3 ?! M, J•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
) G- d. B5 n" z; A6 P1 p: d•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
