Shifts:                 Rotational / day / night / weekends

Main duties:
•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
" G" M0 R0 V3 T. m) B•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
& U3 j, y9 W4 I& P$ ?! ]& Q& x•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
% E/ v: @( F6 Y% I•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets

' Q* S/ }$ t  d5 KJob Requirements:
0 z8 ~+ l( k( A•        Completion of secondary education is required
•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
( q  Y% ^9 |+ ^( r•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
( C$ i* e& `: g) W& c; N6 E•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
