Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, your duties will include, but not be limited to:# }7 U9 k, R. E- z
• Encourage and enhance a positive and professional working environment.
3 [/ t8 h, A& h0 {/ H. {• Foster positive employee relations through effective interpersonal communication with all team members.
% h2 c+ T1 g. C1 w8 G• Support the introduction, training and participation in Human Resources related programs, including performance management, ethical conduct and career development.1 H" @0 `7 S; G3 { q8 N5 y; }
• Promote management best practices and provide guidance on employment standards and employee relations issues.
( E5 ]. I, o$ t6 Y. w: ?& T) r• Research, develop and implement recognition and retention strategies and initiatives.
# i/ k( A: f* |% ^: x• Participate in full cycle recruitment process to successfully attract candidates.
; Z$ P ^) ?. P" B• Prepare required Human Resources reporting (including ad hoc reports, turnover statistics, organizational charts, employee updates, weekly recruiting reporting) as required.
* l7 I! w U/ w% @! w• Distribute pertinent information to the Payroll Department and Tracer's benefit providers.
^0 t: y1 \) L• Maintain personnel information for union and non-union employees in Tracer's Human Resources Information System (SAP).
/ {' F# _5 B) V* Z5 Q& w8 s- s+ }• Coordinate the company group RRSP plan and employee stock purchase program.

• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.

4 k/ O" B0 g _+ a4 f1 k/ ARequirements:
- R$ X# o: G/ Y5 G• Applicants must possess a high level of integrity and professionalism, as well as strong organizational and written and verbal communication skills.
+ v/ ~: y( N8 K$ b3 t" l• The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a Human Resources Generalist position, as well as post-secondary education specializing in Human Resources.
I3 ~: ?9 p+ U$ t• Strong Union Relations experience required.
9 W7 ^' |7 ]0 H, B• Proficiency in MS Office is required and SAP experience is considered an asset.
