But I most concern is the price since both of them need re-design by ourself. From your experence, how much difference between DV and Artisan roughly, like 5% to 10% difference in total cost? 3 W3 n$ R! h& d7 Y1 _7 z4 W5 E7 i
4 R( J% _# D5 A5 TArtisan gives the rough price which is around $160~170/sqft. if the house is around 3000 sqft, the totla price problably will be around $750,000. do you think we need add more than $100,000 for upgrading? our budget is not that high.
