who  can apply，  说
To apply for the Parent and Grandparent Super Visa, you must:

- N: C1 v! r- m1 R•be the parent or grandparent of a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident of Canada;
; N& J6 r: C1 a$ U, `4 i•be found admissible to Canada; and
9 \, x8 R) G, Y  E3 D  q- h5 j•meet certain other conditions
2 Y2 M7 u- i" F! @没有明确提到是给已经申请移民的人。
