To apply for the Parent and Grandparent Super Visa, you must:

& H  F+ x" E& O4 r. Y•be the parent or grandparent of a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident of Canada;
•be found admissible to Canada; and
1 e0 K, Y' ]9 s/ h+ [3 G) F, z1 ?•meet certain other conditions
没有明确提到是给已经申请移民的人。
