LINC在爱省的免费学习时间长度为1200小时，参加者的要求可以参见联邦的规定：
# U( F3 }  x. b5 I) B; l5 p5 K1 ZEligible clients are limited to:
•        Permanent Residents of Canada who have not become Canadian citizens;
7 y, H7 j2 N7 N7 Q7 H•        Protected persons as defined in Section 95 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA);
( X' _- y$ D1 P•        Individuals who have been selected, in Canada or overseas, to become permanent residents pending completion of medical, security and criminal verification statutory requirements, and who have been informed, by a letter from Citizenship and Immigration Canada;
+ s1 d# `% y. F, o& a! x•        Convention refugees and protected persons overseas who have been selected for resettlement in Canada by Citizenship and immigration Canada;
+ L# U1 G% j- g9 c, G. r1 K•        Live-in Caregivers
o        Applicants overseas who have been informed, by a letter of confirmation from Citizenship and Immigration Canada, of the approval of their temporary work permit are eligible to receive services under the Canadian Orientation Abroad (COA) initiative,
! t# H5 l9 S3 M% x! To        Applicants in Canada and in possession of a temporary work permit issued under the Live-in Caregiver Program are eligible for all settlement services with the exception of language training.
