我是根据这个方子改的。 家里没有brown sugar 了,就用了白糖。用brown sugar肯定好吃些。 酷暑只给买了一包cream cheese, 所以FILLING的所有东西都减半。 家里也没有vanilla, 就用了半个柠檬,还加了一点点柠檬皮. 加柠檬皮时一定要把那些白筋剔掉,不然会苦。0 [1 ~) o. a2 M( v( D; W

1 cup Quaker® Oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)

1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

5 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon stick margarine or butter, melted

Two 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened 6 }/ U3 s7 d- N/ `; o

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray 13 x 9-inch metal baking pan with cooking spray.

: X5 _( H9 g4 w" u; u% J2 J8 yFor crust, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, nuts, baking soda and salt in large bowl; mix well. Add margarine; mix until crumbly. Press oat mixture onto bottom of pan. ; Q, x6 Z9 q) y4 N

Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely on wire rack. * g: c3 F0 l- N
. K( N; t! ?2 Y4 T3 Z" ?0 uFor filling, beat together cream cheese, granulated sugar and flour with electric mixer in large bowl until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Pour over crust, spreading evenly. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until set. Cool completely; chill. & P* u- g4 u$ N' c2 M
