我们为本次活动准备了饮料和餐具，领取时请自备零钱并交纳$0.30/份，包括一听饮料、一次性盘子和餐巾纸。（您也可以自带，不用交钱）

本次活动共分为数个小组，请您到达现场以后主动与组长取得联系。

此外，我们准备了少量的BBQ食品，想参加活动但没有条件准备potluck的朋友可以加入BBQ小组，限40人，每人$5.00。

When is the latest time to come to Potluck?

Because there will be an NBA basket game starting ay 11:00 am.  It might finish around 1:30 pm at the least.
