Location:  10628 100 Street, Westlock, Alberta
% W* k: S/ \/ z2 vWage: $13.28/hour, 40 hours per week
% Q1 y, y- X5 D/ S$ [. Q( cShifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

Job Description:

•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
" L( W! P8 ~- k6 g6 _•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets

•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
" o7 Q9 b) M7 {- X7 t4 P•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
3 E, [% m2 c% Q4 l9 z! Q•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
