•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
! G' t6 d3 ]$ O) c  c•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
8 k3 x7 }% r& x( K6 Q% [2 w2 O•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
; f' K5 Z$ s2 P' h/ b* }•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

Skills/Requirements:

9 l9 I2 V; u4 ^# Q5 k•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
" j! H2 N9 K$ v6 z•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
