Shifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

Job Description:

•        Take customers' orders
•        Clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs using manual and electric appliances
9 d6 a) L* ]) f( T) u4 j•        Prepare food such as sandwiches, hamburgers, salads, milkshakes and ice cream dishes
* e+ \- n# a2 A* k. H3 V/ H7 x% P•        Portion and wrap food or place it directly on plates for service to patrons, and package take-out food
•        Serve customers at counters or buffet tables
•        Stock refrigerators and salad bars and keep records of the quantities of food used
•        Receive payment for food items purchased
