前一段时间移民版看到Telus有Promotion，就从他那里订了$50 per months for 6 month. 今天收到Telus一封信特使人郁闷，有一段话如下：
6 C; ^# Z; h( j; A9 S$ Y: b  eYou have signed up for Telus Optik TV on a 3 year service agreement. A cancellation fee applies to early termination of an Optik TV 1,2, or 3year service agreement, and will be $10.00 multiplied by the number of months remaining in the term.
打电话问了这位同胞他说是Month by month.

Sorry, Month by month means no contract, you can cancel any time.
6个月promotion 没变, $ 50/m for 6 months; $90/m thereafter. But that letter means you have 3 years agreement.

我总是例外么？为什么我觉得Telus的网比shaw的好？至少不用我每隔一两个月就打次电话给客服，以前用shaw经常掉线的说，外加经常多收钱

楼主你去打客服说明一下情况吧，3年的话，你至少可以要回来一台笔记本（telus主页上有写，签三年给个笔记本）

3 b+ `9 A% V1 x1 u7 `& f) A$ ~' uI called Telus and a lady check it in their system and  told me I don't have contract.  I asked her but why I received this kind of letter? She said maybe they made mistake. And right now I got her name and work number for the reference,if something happen.

最好别用TELUS的电视。我的亲身经历：3个月前订的TELUS的电视，说要签1年合同，这样可以免掉每个月5块的机顶盒钱，我说可以。头半年每月15刀，基本台。看上后发现基本台太没意思了，没一个喜欢的，再说也没啥时间。前段时间打电话想取消，对方说的和楼主说的一样，取消要交取消费，每月10元，一共100刀。我说那我订这个计划的时候你也没说还有取消费啊，我以为把盒子钱补上就行呢.当然最后的结果你和他们搞不清楚，算了，凑合看吧，看满一年我再补用TELUS的服务了！另外电视信号经常断，一打电话就要1、2个小时，没有什么服务质量可言。相比之下我还是觉得SHAW的好些。
