person and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining

Responsibilities:' `: ]4 }7 o1 g0 S- Y" o
· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;6 L8 A% N7 m, X9 c. L6 f
· Verify pricing and availability of product;+ V: {( |; S- j, k: o
· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;) [# S6 m- _6 K& q
· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;
) p, R- b+ Y* u8 ~7 w· Collect payments for cash account orders;
: ^9 j$ ? ~$ A% x, K" ]· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues; X# B5 e# F: ~- E
· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;& `: E+ D0 I/ V0 i0 h, \1 h* m
· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate+ y9 w! J K" G# B" a
database;
! ?" {; W, g6 h6 o& L- |* H· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;+ t. E x* K# D$ y/ i# c0 c, E( P3 i5 s
· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;, X8 U4 d1 Y) K- a
· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;5 ?4 o1 f! _3 {' ]' m Y% O
Qualifications/Requirements:
% M+ G+ o5 g: Q) e/ p9 k· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain; Z7 t4 L+ Y4 N) v1 H
lasting relationships with customers;# `; j- Y- o7 T
· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;9 X, O* b) v3 P: p& M7 w* f
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;& D+ }; B r) h9 O! A/ @. P: ~
· Strong problem identification and resolution skills; J6 r2 R; q5 R7 Y" |7 h% I6 ?9 z
· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);0 a$ @: ], q s% y
