5 i" l; q) D& Qperson and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining

Responsibilities:
# A: x( i% q2 @- C& z· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;! R# P; b9 C2 f$ @$ l8 \( @" S
· Verify pricing and availability of product;% n+ j. t0 O3 I# T5 j* p- ?
· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
2 H3 F3 b. f5 d, Z: ^' A· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;% s* k/ B3 v$ Y6 x
· Collect payments for cash account orders;
: O0 W0 P( J) j7 x2 p· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;
2 C( K0 X) r8 M2 c; l- K: C· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;
. L$ Q6 R- Y; N/ t7 _& Z3 y6 i· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate) Z! B; l0 h" Y2 S3 T

· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;
5 C7 P+ [. o$ v! [3 d( h8 K0 V· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;

Qualifications/Requirements:& }, V) I% p# V2 N: e$ W
· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain7 h* @. I- X2 @8 d
lasting relationships with customers;
, C% [) j1 ]* l; q· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;2 k5 E/ ^$ n5 g, h3 m! o
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;; G: M, X9 R: s- f: \
· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;
9 W6 U# i. V" P5 M6 [* d" H# l· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);$ e8 q7 [3 A p" W7 V! d
