The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in: }2 [( R5 V; }& R) F; f) W
person and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining

Responsibilities:
! C$ V* H9 F% e1 E· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;
! q0 \9 B5 I6 h- N: Y5 r· Verify pricing and availability of product;
% b9 s4 d4 A/ p4 r· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
( J* E" A$ Q# l9 D6 h· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;
% i: A r1 B- |2 C· Collect payments for cash account orders;/ r2 W! n. [4 i' E# c
· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;- W% s8 X! {, n8 b7 E
· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;
5 s L0 @0 f5 j! C· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate
6 ?* v( e2 }( e% ~$ Y0 odatabase;
2 H8 o) N& y7 P: I' d. z· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;* k' }0 s* j# @# i# T" K% B6 H
· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;
: a% G* h: k- U5 A7 H, z8 P- ?· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;4 q3 W4 p r& O$ P
Qualifications/Requirements:
# d# E% q# Z/ G; m· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain7 l- S7 s$ w* T) g* L( i
lasting relationships with customers;0 ^: {. ~$ d2 u6 E8 _: j( g# d3 A
· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;
+ Z6 C- H, U" j" q: n% n: [2 }' Z· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;) {: s# m2 `+ Q& g8 c' T: K
· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;
) j6 H4 z6 ?: _7 @; ?) C* B· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);
