Role/Function:
+ F" o8 W0 V$ }$ @The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in
% J& u: L/ d& V% [: v$ q& a0 Zperson and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining/ b+ \# K4 p4 _8 g* }1 v9 W
relationships with existing customers. Integrity, vision, professionalism and the passion to meet6 n$ a- n! m* p" z& F, ^7 I$ I
client demands are key components of this position.6 m  i1 B( b* ]  j
Responsibilities:. [' @/ v& X8 m* _3 z% O
· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;: {- }' z, k& k4 F
· Verify pricing and availability of product;% k1 a5 ~0 l7 H1 L* Q
· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
+ n0 S7 Y3 C. z3 @7 c, x2 |% ^9 N· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;
! `$ {- N8 w+ r. \* Q+ i% e# q& o9 `· Collect payments for cash account orders;
* {' j; Z4 u* A0 \% _9 E" ^· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;
& e" M2 |2 l* W, m! G: |) ^7 Z5 \· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;
# f4 @9 q! a- q4 C, v0 b2 E$ @! \6 ?· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate
% `2 M  n2 e: d, P* rdatabase;: _. U- W0 _' K0 A
· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;- @2 Q/ a1 @) `6 \
· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;: n* X4 X$ O) U5 M$ s( z- L
· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;3 I2 k9 R( \) ?+ T
Qualifications/Requirements:
; g" X2 L' g2 Y# ^0 y· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain
5 Q( @$ w* i6 ]/ u! ilasting relationships with customers;* k7 k: c+ k, B; a& C
· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;
- i- m! ]: h5 i/ y7 B/ j& x" }# w· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
# X" o& P3 e2 @( p/ }; k: C· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;
/ g; b/ n, O6 T$ `7 v  W· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);8 u, x5 f9 d8 o9 A: S& \; V7 ?- ?4 |3 ]; k& v
· Excellent organizational skills;
