Tutor for high school student wanted

A friend of mine is looking for a tutor:

( }6 t/ u' w8 w. ~3 h: y/ n-- two/three times per week, about 2 hours for each time
1 z7 j' j( ^" n- R# k: W. D-- must be fluent in both Chinese and English
