September 7, 2011, for travel on/after October 11, 2011 for clients with an

0 f! D4 [+ B0 F4 PFor travel between Canada and the United States*, a first bag fee of $25 CAD/USD applies;
  j" E7 m( V8 e0 V, c! q# cFor travel between Canada/USA and Africa, the Middle East and Russia/Asia** and Australia/South America***, a second bag fee of $70 CAD/USD applies.
/ d+ Y& ~) a6 C  l/ zAlso effective for tickets issued on/after September 7, for travel on/after October 11,
5 R: Q% Y* ^. v' y# q  bStar Alliance™ Silver and clients who are not a part of Air Canada's Top Tier program holding an Executive Class®/First® ticket will be able to check two bags at no cost instead of three bags.

这种情况要加钱吗？要加的话，加多少？

9月7号之前买的票第二件行李应该不用交钱。
