1 n+ v, ]  F( j# ~* R1 E. YDuration of Commitment:Summer T.A.N.G. Youth Program
# l9 i; }2 ?0 e2 v; tCamp 1 – July 04 – July 14
Camp 2 – July 31 – August 11 (must attend an overnight camp on August 10 to 11)
9 X) a1 r; X. ~8 Z( D' c, ?7 _Time:0915 to 1600(Regular Program Time)
*might work in other time in some specific days

Duties:
To assist the T.A.N.G. Youth Program Coordinator by providing clerical and/or activities support in the followings:

 Distribution of promotion flyers to schools, churches, communities and relevant social agencies and professionals
 Take attendance if available
4 B- z! v' _4 x0 p3 R Provide positive modelling to youth
$ M4 h8 q/ A& A3 `! E Facilitate or assist in ice-breaking games and/or other activities
 Facilitate or assist in small group discussions
 Research activities related to the session’s topic upon advice of the Program Coordinator
 Watch out on the safety of youth either in centre or fieldtrips
 Report to the Program Coordinator for any doubts or concerns and/or any troubleshoot behaviour
 Act according to the guidance or direction of the Program Coordinator

8 K) t4 J- v& M  k4 y0 E) x& k Attend debriefing sessions/ongoing training
 Assist in program planning/design

 Mature, sensible, patient, organized, willing to take and follow instruction
6 {, v# _: o' F% t5 P, n2 \- [ Be open and willing to initiate and maintain a positive relationship with youths in the program, or youth who is matched on an one-on-one basis
 A team player, can get along well with other staff & volunteers
 Concentrate efforts in the group session or activities over other distractions
 Able to work independently with minimum supervision
 Value building on strengths in children, youth and families
0 Z3 @5 q+ y* p  s Able to get along with youth and/or youth who might at risk
7 m9 M" C9 n* v9 W: L9 m: U Certain proficiency in English and Chinese
