Pros:
* New battery; New stereo
& K! `9 s  G2 o  f( U  V' i" Q* New master Cylinder (6 months warranty left)
* New exhaust Manifold and Pipes (about 3 months warranty left)
* New muffler (about 9 months warranty left)
* New distributor (I think this has about 3 months warranty)
* Timing belt replaced at 200000 KM
* Runs really well.  Good on fuel.  Fun to drive.
Cons:
& z7 ^$ Y! s5 `* C+ Y- G* I replaced the passenger seat with a different model so it doesn't match
* Glove box needs repair
: I  r7 }8 W7 R- Q% e7 z( @* Passenger side window mechanism needs to be replaced (still opens and closes, but takes a little tweaking to get it to seal)
