关于在自家后院建栏栅

准备在后院弄个FENCE,不是木头的，但是听说要打一个电话叫做什么CALL BEFORE YOU DIG，请各位有经验的大侠说说，是不是一定要打这个电话的啊？

1.85m (6.1ft) in any portion of the rear yard
7 B# m/ I! E& L& ]: {1.2m (4 ft) (new height passed as of January 31st, 2011) in any portion of the front yard

Permits and fees are only required if the fence is over the allowed height as designated by the zoning bylaw.

Development permit fee (if required) is $143.

如果你沿着原有fence建或在正常的FENCE 线上建，不用打call before dig, 否则需要打，而且要permit, 因为你需要打1m 深的洞

我们重建的时候打了电话， 政府派人来插了旗，有气和电缆的地方。 保险起见，打一个没什么损失。
