/ J# h; N1 p0 B4 d今天上网查了查这爱城到底有多少家可以给大家供选择的。不过发现一个问题，爱城比爱城以南的地方的水电费都贵。住在leduc都比爱城省。而且卡尔加里的选择要比爱城多很多。

爱城水电气公司成为 Regulated company有两个，这个词不知道翻译成啥比较好，

. j8 q& t6 @; r+ x0 ?- F电就是 epcor了，煤气就是这个Direct Energy Regulated Services，然后有一些竞争的小公司，仔细的看了它们贴出来的rate，并没有发现这些竞争公司有啥优势，明白人请出来指点。

5 v/ W1 U1 o3 B- a我家是用它家的，现在发现它家水电不便宜。当时说的便宜是只adminitrative fee，如果两个再一家花费，另外一个管理费半价，才3，4刀。单价并不便宜。好像还贵。虽然可以用信用卡支付，但是才1/100的rebate，价格上差一份钱早都出来了。并不划算。客服也很差。

昨天下午来讲了四十多分钟，最终我没相信他。说是给个保护性最高气价是7左右吧，我说我拿冬天的气单看看是多少，一直都才三四左右，这个保护价不是忽悠人的嘛；再说那电价，最高那个保护价是高于某些以往电单上的价格，可我问他，那以后你们公司也可以CHARGE比EPCO更高的价格啊，他含含糊糊这样那样的，最后我说因此我就是不相信最后真能因为合并了BILL就省了那一半的管理费

我觉得fix不划算，所以不要fix,浮动好了，煤气，水电都是冬天贵，夏天便宜。锁定的价格都是根据贵的锁的。我觉得还是浮动好了

他那个不是锁定利率，而是给你个最高上限利率，如果市场利率高于这个就按这个最高的；如果低于这个上限利率，就按市场的。
关于账单管理费，不是指电的那个6刀多，是指气单上那个50多刀的给省半价，而电上那个6刀多合并到一个单子上也就没了。
2 y) h! j1 }: e& C/ [我也是这样理解的，给省个几十刀管理费，但他小公司的价格肯定比那两个大公司高的，所以，就不换。

direct energy 又出promotion 了， 不知道要不要， 我现在是粉色的单子，所以是direct energy regulated service 的吧，有没有人签了以前的浮动的，好不好啊省钱么？
