        This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

( X; k, H/ ?0 ~0 b: l& z  k' O0 }Responsibilities
) ?4 A8 n' v, X( I! h- H' v' ?. M5 W: ^: B% W•        Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
•        Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
( V+ x- ?( x; [4 n( v•        Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
•        Coordinate program evaluation and report writing

Preferred Qualifications
•        Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
•        Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse

•        Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
