4 {, q) u% h' n This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

Responsibilities2 ~) [, G; j2 i( S1 g# G) v
• Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners7 D1 Z1 ^$ n# z2 C3 l" h* L
• Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs! \( p! f: L' {* l( g5 }
• Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols* D. [/ T9 c) u5 z! j
• Coordinate program evaluation and report writing

- o' X, v; L+ c0 _4 pPreferred Qualifications
% f; J2 D4 x; h8 q• Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field) J9 Z2 i& r: ]$ [! @# H
• Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse : }! S# V, G, g" i5 Q6 Y/ ?
• Experience in project management & report writing
