2011年6月2日埃德蒙顿消息:根据埃德蒙顿房地产经纪协会数据,5月份本地独立房的价格、康兜的价格、平均房价、库存量与销量全面上涨。

% T/ g0 y5 Q4 S4 r# k& d0 B$ n“今年本地房市与我们在一月份发布的预测十分吻合”,埃德蒙顿房地产经纪协会主席Chris Mooney表示:“对比历史上的五月,房屋从上市到售出所需的时间是50天,是最近4年第二低点;挂牌销售比为53%,第二高点。各项数据显示,目前市场较为乐观。”' P" Q! j& n! C8 k2 p6 W0 h& S
7 o' |) P& t8 J五月份独立房的平均价为$380,545,比上月上涨了0.25%;康兜(Condo)均价为$241,079,比上月上涨3.65%;丢普莱克斯(Duplex)和排屋的均价下跌了2.96%。所有房屋的均价上涨了1.39%。
