; w' ] m0 I' \) q1 j6 l/ J$ H“今年本地房市与我们在一月份发布的预测十分吻合”，埃德蒙顿房地产经纪协会主席Chris Mooney表示：“对比历史上的五月，房屋从上市到售出所需的时间是50天，是最近4年第二低点；挂牌销售比为53%，第二高点。各项数据显示，目前市场较为乐观。”- [& X) Y* ~7 R; R( \( p$ O* H# k
