Duties & Responsibilities:
7 U4 z. ]8 o+ j' o8 V3 y. c( {§ Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
§ Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
§ Assist Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
8 Y$ Z5 n+ e3 g( g( K§ Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis

# D( |3 |% f) y( ~7 N4 ]5 wPreferred Education & Qualifications:
§ High School Diploma
  ?+ _$ u6 b/ Q' X; |! i§ Valid Drivers License
- _6 a# `" d1 q' g§ 2 years of applicable experience in a similar role
§ Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge
§ Exceptional customer service and communication skills
: W# r) W* I2 }§ Ability to use computers
3 L: }' `9 |$ i( R, v§ Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
