Duties & Responsibilities:
% k9 _- g) m* z9 y* M3 Y§ Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
§ Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
§ Assist Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
8 V2 k: p8 |3 \% g) h: r6 V§ Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis

Preferred Education & Qualifications:
§ High School Diploma
4 d7 I$ K; ~5 ~) }1 H# o$ h7 u/ G§ Valid Drivers License
% Y1 ~6 b" t2 z& l5 _§ 2 years of applicable experience in a similar role
6 f3 s8 \$ j9 z4 A/ v+ z4 M§ Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge
§ Exceptional customer service and communication skills
" r7 W7 |, n/ u: {3 a§ Ability to use computers
§ Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
