是不是Ontario的井蛙认为Ontario就是加拿大？Ontario的法律同样适用于Alberta？

在Alberta，根本没有“rent deposit”，只有Security Deposit。房客付了Security Deposit，同样有义务付最后一个月的房租。Security Deposit可以用来付房客造成的损失。

At the beginning of the next year, to be paid out every year. This deposit may only be applied to the last month's rent. It is not considered a damage or security deposit.

楼主应该回中国，用加拿大的法律过中国的日子。既然加拿大有相关的法律就说明很多在加拿大合法的事情在中国就有行为上的合理性。
