2011年5月3日埃德蒙顿消息:根据埃德蒙顿房地产经纪协会数据,4月份的房价,与上月相比,表现稳定。各类房型均价为$327,415,较3月下降310元。独立屋均价下降425元;康兜(Condo)均价上涨1,305元,环比上涨0.6%;整个市场表现稳定,供求关系平衡。
