This position is responsible for the design and production of a variety of communication materials, both printed and web-based.

0 Q, o+ A& [, W+ e. g4 ]/ QDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•        Create and prepare a wide range of materials for printing, presentations, public displays and events including brochures, newsletters, reports, advertisements and forms.
: W* s2 |) |- N, C: w•        Liaise with our purchasing department and external vendors to ensure projects are completed properly and on time.
•        Create and prepare materials for posting on internal and external web sites.

2 |& y4 r6 H! z- S) @SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
•        Post-secondary diploma in graphic design or visual communications.
2 I) v! `) L) t•        Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of print production and web design processes.
•        Minimum of two years of directly related experience.
- k3 |! `2 U& n- U! I•        Demonstrated proficiency using Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a PC environment. Experience in Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript and CSS also an asset.
•        Proficiency in use of the English language.
•        Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
•        Ability to effectively multitask and work under pressure.
•        Willingness to maintain proficiency by embracing new technologies.
