FUNCTION:
% g- |' n% V9 uThis position is responsible for the design and production of a variety of communication materials, both printed and web-based.
& {% t; C( w" i
$ S- k1 E9 l7 D$ NDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•        Create and prepare a wide range of materials for printing, presentations, public displays and events including brochures, newsletters, reports, advertisements and forms.
•        Liaise with our purchasing department and external vendors to ensure projects are completed properly and on time.
•        Create and prepare materials for posting on internal and external web sites.

: ^; k% U  P- qSKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
) p* M3 o6 b! |. O& M•        Post-secondary diploma in graphic design or visual communications.
•        Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of print production and web design processes.
2 n- E7 N- t3 z& q•        Minimum of two years of directly related experience.
0 x0 H( n: v% v: L% |1 m7 H, m( e•        Demonstrated proficiency using Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a PC environment. Experience in Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript and CSS also an asset.
•        Proficiency in use of the English language.
& r# k/ q* ?& G, [7 D: p0 q•        Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
•        Ability to effectively multitask and work under pressure.
•        Willingness to maintain proficiency by embracing new technologies.
