Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. 9 Q( {9 f; C) XUnder general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
# |- A# D, n4 J9 \' c9 oplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).
/ j! v1 Z4 k' G* ]; B6 M* X/ k
" J' `1 H; F, b' V. v! [To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Job Qualification
Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
School)
/ v7 }! |. X5 `0 m$ A# d4 I, cMust have supervisory experience
; {) F, u& C9 K8 ?- t: `) V$ A$ tMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
) `: d  U; o; w( T, ^* S& cMust be computer literate
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
5 y! k6 x$ S, O- @! XMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
! {" X1 W( F) e5 y6 d9 E2 q, S6 GMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills
8 o" b0 P4 l* D$ W5 |$ B9 MMust possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
