Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
  l* E2 ?- Z& FMothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

7 ^/ U# a  h+ P, c4 }. k/ S. jTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

& ]# [' {0 @& p$ c" G: \$ IJob Qualification
4 t# v8 |% d" j* N* B+ bMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
( U! G% ^. u1 _/ ~- Z7 {' yMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
School)
Must have supervisory experience
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
Must be computer literate
! l) g" N4 E0 j1 p! `Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
5 i2 ^0 e" O( V1 }& W) ^Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
; w2 M2 o* U# ^, T3 H% ]Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
& G; Y: h% U( s" s% jMust possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
# U; h3 z6 Z" u- I8 w( t4 Y1 gestablish team.
