Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
9 y: u# ]4 O( T' k$ ?player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
$ s. D) O0 y4 g" `  f( ~4 Z3 tMothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

; g/ r; o7 J7 zMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
& ~3 x% p# V# s0 [# W2 XSchool)
( F9 I  g5 V" M, }Must have supervisory experience
( c8 n; ]$ D2 m: RMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
Must be computer literate
; q) ]; P3 O" B( H7 |Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
) b# R! T! B' N" }& jestablish team.
