Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. $ M+ b$ \* {9 ^6 L* g. vUnder general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
3 [+ ~1 Q q) h3 r3 O2 G! g2 jplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
; C) T P' b% h; M% f$ [! @) w6 KMothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.+ F- W& \- \5 c; C( h8 J: {

Job Qualification$ ?( K0 P2 W+ S |( C
Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
, S7 ]- G" _3 ?( ~+ h* ?2 cMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s2 d) A' G2 d: N3 q; b4 T
School)! e0 N }0 X2 S- U I: o0 q1 `; c
Must have supervisory experience B+ j0 T/ r' X3 ]& b: h; B
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system) K& \1 P- n& ~/ I7 @. P( C
Must be computer literate
; c+ H6 U0 R4 ^Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
$ h" l4 N! N% r" M- ^Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
$ D4 \, h; S" I& ?; MMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills
