lowest rate cell phone for just in case

Ever heard of Virgin mobile.
2 X: g4 M8 T5 ^; P9 c  {/ A! [" zI personally have no big use for cell phone but a friend of mine told me I should have one on highway. Virgin cell offers 15 minutes that last three months.
