The Family Law Office, a program of Legal Aid Alberta, provides family law legal services and representation to low-income clients. The Family Law Office in Edmonton is looking for one full time Legal Assistant to join its existing staff.

, C/ g: H4 C0 n3 |+ y* lReporting to the Administrator/Office Manager, the Legal Assistant is responsible for providing legal assistance and support to staff lawyers on client files.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have a post-secondary diploma or certificate from a recognized legal assistant program; a minimum of 1 - 3 years experience as a legal assistant in the area of family law, or a combination of experience and education.

6 i- S; R; _' @9 AExcellent communication, organizational and computer skills are required to meet the needs of this demanding position.
Must be flexible and willing to work in a high-paced team environment.
Salary will commensurate with experience.
