应该正好相反吧?日本政府有大量外汇储备,正好把美元用掉。纯猜测而已,反正地震也挡不住美元的下跌趋势。
% P/ Z u y% k日本在当时有巨大的贸易顺差,积累了巨额的外汇储备,美国迫使日本签订"广场协议",也就预示着日币要巨幅升值,国际炒家热钱纷纷进入日本,使日币更迅速的升值,同时美国采取一系列政策迫使日本采取宽松的货币政策,降低利率,日元银行存款利率为“0”,加上大量涌入的热钱,造成了日本经济的表面繁荣,企业高负债率经营,增加了金融风险,通货膨胀出现,经济泡沫迅速膨胀,当泡沫即将破灭的时候热钱迅速撤离,大大赚了一把,同时日本的经济遭到了重创。
