9 P" j; |" a, wJob Description/Main Duties:
8 J# v7 W) L: h4 y- N) N3 s  p* m-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
, j2 W' ~2 Z. Q6 O/ I# x-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
& d1 Q* d) v4 }. B9 m( O$ n0 c-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
-        Sell merchandise to customers
2 }! i4 V4 l2 @! R2 m-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
5 C1 I) S# J% v7 K-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
1 Y- F. u9 w; g4 w; s/ i-        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

  @8 t1 D, ?$ M+ u, a, Y-        Completion of secondary school is required
( }8 W, D  c( ^& w% z+ n  l8 x8 n  Z-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
) E2 y# J! t% b- D  W) H2 `& O9 M-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset
-        Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
-        Ability to work rotational shifts including evenings and weekends
