Wages: $16.00 per hour, 40 hrs weekly, rotational shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Description/Main Duties:
-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
7 n# e; U7 }) w# [1 g0 L-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
% i$ F% X3 M( Z. [2 Z3 K-        Sell merchandise to customers
-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
1 b1 m, a4 A% p-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
-        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment Requirements:

' [4 |. ~: u' i; S6 \; p* p7 w' K-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset
-        Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
