$ J5 B3 y" X: o" m# kJob Description/Main Duties:
$ ]2 S9 F) j+ a-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
- V$ E# y3 T6 M7 S9 `-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
7 e7 R3 ^7 ]- ]! O  N' T& v! P" B& h-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
1 [4 z1 p/ J' F! L( `% s-        Sell merchandise to customers
7 M& U& x% k+ y: {$ a# N4 Q- d-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
( \4 v# o5 e  @0 K. S; U4 c+ b' K-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
-        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

# ?# c8 x: s' jEmployment Requirements:

-        Completion of secondary school is required
% V& f5 m# g& R$ f9 r1 F0 R-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset
-        Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
-        Ability to work rotational shifts including evenings and weekends
