Just wondering how the value of the house is assessed by the government? Recently saw this ad: http://www.edmontonchina.cn/viewthread.php?tid=407691 and its sailing price $ 289,900 is much higher than the assessed value by the government ( by last July): $212,500. + h7 G# ~$ F* |% r4 |/ ~- g4 `7 V) J9 c3 F f" ~) R5 E
BTW, the mission of a realtor is on behalf of the seller, is this right? Is there any kind of realtor on behalf of the buyer? 9 r4 X7 V& a" a& v- m" C) G3 |! `: }) S: H; c$ S9 E0 F
