Responsibilities:
1 x- q+ C6 e0 C" GWorking as part of a team, this teaching and learning specialist will:& I/ G, _7 k$ P% H
 Provide research and writing in the development of an online Blended Learning Model.
8 n* b$ J+ u' f8 M. S Participate in initiatives of the Curriculum Development and Faculty Support.& w0 i4 R" C0 e
 Work in partnership with a Content Expert to develop an online curriculum in Moodle.
6 V. F' W" J; }: o/ u: e8 AQualifications:2 ^. b* E9 I, D/ Y. x
A Bachelor’s Degree in Education with teaching experience including experience in curriculum development. Some teaching experience in a post-secondary environment is desirable. A high level of knowledge in faculty support, instructional techniques, and/or designing and delivering online learning materials is required. A strong commitment to superior customer service and to a high quality teaching and learning environment as well as excellent skills in project management, consulting, and facilitation are essential. Other combinations of education and experience may be considered. |
