"A student's progress is evaluated on completion of academic studies for Fall/Winter"

: p5 e/ T* d1 V  xMy question is which of the following two interpretations is correct?
8 q' z0 g" s5 o" E4 Z% S
1. The progress will be evaluated on completion of Fall studies (First year student)
2. The progress will NOT be evaluated UNTIL completion of both Fall and Winter terms?
$ ^4 Q0 d6 l5 _7 A

"A student's progress is evaluated on completion of academic studies for Fall/Winter" means the evaluation would be made at the end of each of Fall semester and Winter semester.
