协议有效期？

有个问题请教：

# _( G9 T2 @: F1 k% t! z如与REALTOR 签一个协议 买（SELL）我的house。 90天后 协议到期， 但还是 没有 买出去，

+ u/ y2 Q: ?' E% J) x3 y一般 多长时间 自己 不能买？
+ p3 f; q7 k% ~4 U  j7 l) ^6 s
是不是 新法 已允许 自己买 AFTER THE AGREEMENT EXPIRED(IE 90DAYS)？ 好像有个 新的规定， 只要协议到期 就可以自己买了？

October 2, 2010 - There is a tentative agreement between the Canadian Real Estate Association and the Federal Competition Bureau.

协议结束后你可以自己卖房.但是,
9 e( S+ ^' P% W6 B9 C看看你的协议里有没有COOL DOWN的时间, 一般是卖房协议结束后1个月-3个月.  COOL DOWN时间内售出的话, 仍然算是你的REALTOR帮你卖的,你仍要付REALTOR费.
所以,如果你顺利卖自己卖出, 你在签卖房合同时, 一定要把签字时间放到COOL DOWN时间之后.
