Clifton Associates Ltd. currently has a career opportunity for an intermediate/senior geotechnical engineer with 8-10 years experience in our Edmonton office.

Responsibilities
1 W+ n: Y) G' S  Y# a■Manage and conduct a wide variety of geotechnical projects and investigations.
/ M. P: y" t7 r6 [3 z■Provide geotechnical engineering expertise on projects dealing with the design of roadways, railways, bridges, retaining walls and other transportation or foundation structural projects.
# S" |0 w  C3 B1 J2 n2 V2 @* M■Take a lead role in business development and client relationships
, K' u* c' M* M+ j  vExperience and Education:
■A graduate degree in Civil Engineering with a Geotechnical focus is very desirable.
■Competent in all facets of geotechnical engineering and materials testing.
- h1 K# l0 ~4 o! f6 |6 S■Experience in a consulting environment would be a definite asset.
■Experience with technical report writing, presentations, and meetings;
0 a. B9 [1 X1 R* \+ v8 |1 ^3 F■Ability to supervise the construction of earthwork projects;
$ [% Z; l$ ^: }) r7 h■Ability to undertake unsupervised geotechnical work with support from senior engineers in other offices.
■Project management experience required as well as business development and marketing experience, including proposal writing.
■Must be eligible for registration with APEGGA.
