Responsibilities
, }) M# ~5 Y. K7 y, y■Manage and conduct a wide variety of geotechnical projects and investigations.
. m# B$ D7 k/ q■Provide geotechnical engineering expertise on projects dealing with the design of roadways, railways, bridges, retaining walls and other transportation or foundation structural projects.$ `# b. C8 f6 C/ i. u+ N ~
■Take a lead role in business development and client relationships
7 D0 z% \/ y. ~. l+ h# f, ^2 T+ BExperience and Education:
" A, t/ ?5 a) y& ?! L■A graduate degree in Civil Engineering with a Geotechnical focus is very desirable.: j5 R, r0 x v) g) o2 e
■Competent in all facets of geotechnical engineering and materials testing.
% F @7 e+ J# c- v■Experience in a consulting environment would be a definite asset.2 h r* @ B( e I" u' h7 n9 Y6 ^, v
■Experience with technical report writing, presentations, and meetings;( ~7 P9 t7 D8 D" |% Q9 \0 i
■Ability to supervise the construction of earthwork projects;
5 M, Q. b# E! Q7 j■Ability to undertake unsupervised geotechnical work with support from senior engineers in other offices.
