Why do you ask this question, if there is no response from them?

I have been seeing a lot of chinese working for that company. if you want to know more about it, go to the company's website.

What are you applying? I work for CGI, and as I know, our project manager is complaining that it is so hard to find good candidates. It took them about three months to find one senior .NET developer, who just started in our group.

It is a consulting company, right? it will be a big concern for them whether or not they can put you in front of their client. so, YES, english will be a pretty important criteria.

I am a senior developer with 10 more years experience, I would like to apply for the position of .Net developer in CGI. But I know that if you do not have references within the company, they even don't want to see your resume. So if your manager needs people in the future, just let me know. Thanks!
