 Coordinate food and recreational programs on and off-site.
$ Y$ R& m1 `- j- g' b* G L& P Provide positive role-modeling and maintaining a healthy atmosphere for the youth.) m6 Y3 ~6 z2 f+ `4 _) o( B
 Completing required paperwork.
! N( b* Z( s r+ [7 z Attending scheduled staff meetings and workshops.' P* U- V( b3 B
 Following and implementing all program policies and procedures.$ B3 p1 F* s* m2 n2 T s
 Maintaining confidentiality of client and program personnel information.

 Maintaining professional boundaries between clients and staff.

 Some post-secondary education needed OR a minimum 6 months related experience.
]$ r& O. \8 M) S6 K! C( ] Strong interpersonal, communications, teamwork, leadership and organizational skills.0 j( m) e: B: J' f5 i/ E
 Non-judgemental and empathetic attitude towards high-risk youth.
" f: E7 P- _3 |- ^& C9 t3 I Broad knowledge base on issues affecting high risk youth: addictions, abuse, Aboriginal and other cultures, poverty, sexuality, etc.: g" U$ R8 L9 h+ W5 C7 ?2 K% E
 Knowledge of community resources.
- J" y6 |( e# _ Criminal Record Clearance and Child Welfare Information System Clearance., g$ ^- y$ _+ }0 [/ Q2 J; Y7 a
 Standard First Aid and Suicide Intervention Training. & U8 f& g- }# ^+ U; l+ [ R8 o( q

! @) ?" B; K8 g! B" ]" _This is a part-time position; 15hrs/week; evening and weekend shifts; at an hourly rate of $12.50; starting February 8 2006.
