The YWCA has an opportunity for a Services Coordinator in the Counselling Centre. The YWCA Counselling Centre offers professional and accessible counselling services for families, couples and individuals. The Service Coordinator is a dynamic position being the first point of contact for clients of the Counselling Centre.

L. w8 H5 E3 v* WThis is a full-time position (37.5 hours/week) with working hours from 8:30AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday. The Service Coordinator reports to the Manager of the Counselling Centre and supports a diverse team.

Reception:
) d+ h% I& {. r8 i5 ?• Greet and provide assistance to clients of the Counselling Centre and visitors to the YWCA as required( z- ~7 ~, B+ a N2 A" i
• Answer multi line telephone system

• Schedule client appointments and counsellor workloads8 g8 Z8 J% E) D+ B2 w/ H! F: l
• File and organize paperwork and files related to client visits
. R: e9 z. r6 K( P: E• Input and manage high volume of data) }3 Y; M' b9 u9 w% I
• Update and maintain databases
5 c6 ]+ ]+ d, @4 R• Generate monthly reports and statistics
. ]3 Y# }: h) ~3 f• Organize and directly support group materials and documentation
. g+ S U2 u u8 Z• Process payments and complete weekly deposits

• Provide clerical support (such as word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, mail outs and filing) for the Manager of the Counselling Centre and Counsellors

• Ability to handle inquiries about programs and services to other community agencies and to clients

' {: T) o- C% [. {9 I6 Z5 i& ~• Minimum two years experience in areas related to office reception and office procedure

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
# w4 ^$ ?3 a8 D: x, o/ t t0 H• Detail orientated and ensure accuracy in work

• Strong organizational skills and abilities
