The YWCA has an opportunity for a Services Coordinator in the Counselling Centre. The YWCA Counselling Centre offers professional and accessible counselling services for families, couples and individuals. The Service Coordinator is a dynamic position being the first point of contact for clients of the Counselling Centre. * {+ @* Z6 F+ ~, V5 |+ t4 J' C# j

• Greet and provide assistance to clients of the Counselling Centre and visitors to the YWCA as required
+ l5 Q0 r% q8 ~/ {6 J• Answer multi line telephone system6 B' E5 \/ d5 Z: T

Administration:
/ Y( ?% F& N F9 [: K7 ?+ {7 }• Schedule client appointments and counsellor workloads5 W6 p$ Q! e* A+ m- g
• File and organize paperwork and files related to client visits! r% W: o* u" I: O$ @4 Q( j" Y
• Input and manage high volume of data
- u+ H4 W; N) X* R; Z; P3 U. `( o0 T• Update and maintain databases
* }/ y/ O; g/ Y! g1 B1 E• Generate monthly reports and statistics! S, ~0 W9 Y+ H) p9 U8 ?# i
• Organize and directly support group materials and documentation
7 @/ C% L/ Y/ i• Process payments and complete weekly deposits6 t! `# A# @) K s" v" ^ `
• Write and revise business correspondence and forms) @# j/ ^( O7 R4 B7 a
• Provide clerical support (such as word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, mail outs and filing) for the Manager of the Counselling Centre and Counsellors9 Q) z0 t1 q+ W+ @9 K
• Thorough knowledge of services and programs offered by the Counselling Centre% K! ] Q9 L% i, U0 N- _
• Ability to handle inquiries about programs and services to other community agencies and to clients

- I y6 Q t3 D7 T& U8 e2 O* D, j) F4 b8 L$ u. V/ U
• Minimum two years experience in areas related to office reception and office procedure
2 D, y, a) x# e• Proven experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including ACCESS
* q$ E5 `. E; s( i0 @6 Y4 u• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong customer service skills
